International consulting group founded in 2019, Ekkiden fosters an ecosystem of passionate and committed consultants who lead organizational, operational, and technological transformation projects in IT/Digital, Industry/R&D, and Sustainability, for large enterprises and SMEs in France, Switzerland, Spain, and Germany.About the job:We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join a retail and digital transformation project within a dynamic and technical environment.The selected professional will be responsible for managing integration flows and application support activities , ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of business applications.You will work closely with IT, business, and technical teams to coordinate support activities, handle incidents, lead continuous improvement projects, and ensure seamless application performance across multiple systems.English fluency is mandatory , and French is a strong plus .Responsibilities:Provide Level 2/3 application support , mainly on Cegid Y2 , and coordinate the activities of the support team.Manage integration flows , incident handling, and production deployments.Lead continuous improvement projects and corrective or evolutionary maintenance actions.Prepare test plans , ensure monitoring and reliability of data exchanges between applications.Support and train users through documentation, workshops, and user training sessions .Guarantee quality of deliverables through procedures, reports, and action tracking.What we are looking for:Must-have:Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in technical application support , ideally within the retail sector .Strong command of Cegid Y2 (mandatory).Excellent communication and coordination skills with both business users and technical teams.Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Nice-to-have:Knowledge of one or more of the following systems: OMS, SFCC, WMS .Previous experience in retail digitalization or integration environments .Working knowledge of French .Ability to lead small teams and manage priorities under dynamic conditions.We offer:Join us at the right time to make your mark in a fast-growing organizationVarious missions and projects that will allow you to have a real impact on the companyThe ability to work autonomously and drive new initiatives✨ A career path adapted to your personality, both in terms of role and locationA strong culture, based on sharing, respect, ambition, and team spiritThe opportunity to manage teams and develop your area of expertise by leading one of our squadsDevelop your management and leadership skills, because, at Ekkiden, consultants look after the careers of other consultants.
