02 January 2026DescriptionDoyouhaveprofessionalexperienceinthefieldofgastronomyand/ornutritionandhealth?Wouldyouliketocollaborateoccasionallybydeliveringclassesand workshopsaimedatpeopleinterestedingastronomyand/orhealthyeating?KeepreadingAtBasqueCulinaryCenter (BCC)andGastronomyOpenEcosystem(GOe),wearelookingf orprofessionalsfromthegastronomicfieldand/orthenutritionandhealthsector tojoinatalentpoolaimedatcovering occasionalteachingneedsacrossourdifferentlocations.Weareseekingprofilessuchas chefscapableofdeliveringcoursesfornon-professionalaudiences, chefswithknowledgeofhealthyeating, aswellasnutritionistsorotherhealthprofessionalswithanaffinityforcooking.Itisnotessentialforallcompetenciestobeheldbyasingleperson.Yourmission istodesign,develop, anddelivercourses,classes, andpracticalworkshopsoncookingandnutrition,aimedat diverseaudiences(bothadultsandchildren), ineducational,outreach, andexperientialcontexts.Yourday-to-dayresponsibilitieswillinclude:Organisingandplanningthedevelopmentofclassesand workshops incollaborationwiththecookingandnutritionareacoordinator.Deliveringcoursesand workshopsrelatedtohealthyeating,cookingadaptedtodifferentnutritionalneeds, andhealthylifestylehabits.Addressingandresolvingparticipants’questionsfromaculinaryand/ornutritionalperspective,dependingonyourprofessionalprofile.Contributingtothecreationofahigh-qualitylearningexperiencealignedwiththevaluesofBCC andGOe.RequirementsDoyouidentifywithanyofthefollowingcharacteristics?Professionalexperienceingastronomy(cooking,hospitality,culinarytraining) and/orinnutrition,dietetics,orhealth-relatedfields.Experiencedeliveringtraining (formalornon-formal).Solidknowledgeofhealthycooking,adaptedculinarytechniques,orthefundamentalsofnutritionandhealth.Strongsocialskillsandtheabilitytoconnectwithbothadultandchildaudiences.Proficiencyin officetools.Availabilityforoccasionalcollaborationaccordingtoprojectneeds.Youwillstandoutifyou:Holdahighereducationor Bachelor´s Degreein HumanNutritionandDietetics,Gastronomy,HealthSciences,orrelatedfields.Haveknowledgeofspecialdiets,adaptedcooking,healthycookingtechniques,orspecificproducts.HaveahighlevelofBasqueand English (C1).Standoutforyourorganisationalandplanningskills.WhatcanyouexpectfromBCC andGOe?Tobepartofatalentpoolforoccasionalcollaborations.Tojoincontinuouslygrowing, innovativeprojectswithastrongeducationalvocation.Toworkin amultidisciplinary, multicultural, and inclusiveenvironmentwitha globalvisionofgastronomy,nutrition, andhealth.Tobeanactivepartofateamthatvaluesa positiveworkenvironmentandthewell-beingofitspeople.If you want to register for the job offer, please attach your CV (PDF or Word), which should include your contact information so that we can get in touch with you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
