Join Our TeamWe are currently recruiting a Land Development Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land for renewable energy and storage projects in Spain.Negotiate and manage contracts such as surface rights options, purchase agreements, and easements.Coordinate with internal teams (origination, project development, legal, tax, risk) and external parties to ensure successful execution of land agreements.Provide support to project origination and development teams, including economic analysis, administrative requirements, and regulatory compliance.Maintain accurate records of land agreements, project documentation, payments, and compliance in internal databases.Assist with geographic mapping, property tracking, and site assessments using GIS and geolocation tools.Support due diligence activities, including title searches, surveys, and property documentation.Facilitate communication with landowners, ensuring professional and effective relationships.Contribute to continuous improvement of land acquisition processes, templates, and workflows.Responsabilidades PrincipalesLiderar la búsqueda y contratación de terrenos para el desarrollo de proyectos en España tanto de energías renovables (wind y PV), como almacenamiento (hibridado o stand alone) y gases renovables (biometano e hidrógeno).Coordinar con los distintas áreas involucradas, tanto internas dentro del departamento de BD (responsables de originación, almacenamiento, etc) como departamentos externos (legal, fiscal, riesgos, etc) con el objetivo de lograr el objetivo de firmar contratos de opción de derecho de superficie o de compra, para los desarrollos de Atlantica en España.Dar soporte tanto al área de originación como al de desarrollo de proyectos en las necesidades que pudiera surgir, como análisis económicos, revisión de requerimientos de la administración, etc.Education and CertificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural or Industrial Engineering.Other degrees (Legal, Finance, Real Estate, Geography) may be considered if relevant experience is demonstrated.EducaciónGrado o Máster en Ingeniería Agrónoma o Ingeniería Industrial.Titulaciones en Derecho, Finanzas, Gestión Inmobiliaria, Geografía u otras afines si se acredita experiencia relevante.Experience and Technical Skills1–3 years of experience in land acquisition, property management, or project support within renewable energy or real estate sectors.Knowledge of Google Earth, QGIS, environmental layers, cadastral systems, and property registries.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.Experience reviewing contracts, permits, and land documentation is a plus.Calificaciones TécnicasEntre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en adquisición de suelo, gestión de propiedades o soporte a proyectos idealmente en energía renovable o sector inmobiliario.Conocimientos de Google Earth, QGIS, capas medioambientales, catastro y registros de la propiedad.Manejo avanzado de Excel, PowerPoint y herramientas de gestión de bases de datos.Key CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing relationships with landowners.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.Team-oriented and collaborative, supporting cross-functional teams.Reliable, proactive, and adaptable problem-solver.Passionate about renewable energy and contributing to impactful projects.Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Spain.Competencias ClaveCapacidad para generar confianza y negociar con propietarios de terrenos.Persona organizada, detallista y capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma.Actitud colaborativa y orientada al trabajo en equipo multidisciplinar.Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y adaptable a entornos cambiantes.Motivación por las energías renovables y por participar en proyectos de impacto.Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia por diferentes regiones de España.Company CultureWe believe in a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.
