We support customers across the sector—including contractors, consultants, and construction product manufacturers—through solutions such as project intelligence, specification software, product information, and eTendering.As we continue to scale across Europe, we are strengthening our commercial operations to support predictable growth, clearer decision-making, and stronger collaboration across markets.The RoleAsRevOps Manager (Medior)for Continental Europe, you will play a key role in enabling our commercial teams to operate with consistency, clarity, and confidence.You will work across Sales, BDR, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to improve processes, data quality, and commercial insight. This is a hands-on role with high visibility, supporting regional leaders and contributing to how Hubexo scales its go-to-market execution across Europe.What You’ll Be Responsible ForGo-to-Market & Process Excellence -Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end commercial processes from lead to renewal. Support territory planning, coverage models, handoffs, and SLAs to ensure teams across markets operate in a consistent and efficient way.Forecasting & Performance Management- Manage pipeline reporting and forecasting cadence, improving forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene. Analyse conversion rates, sales velocity, churn, and time-to-value, translating data into actionable insight.Data, Reporting & Analytics -Own and optimise HubSpot CRM during its rollout and adoption phase, ensuring high data quality and usability. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reporting for leadership and frontline teams. Partner closely with Finance on ARR, bookings, renewals, and churn.Tools & Enablement -Support CRM integrations and evaluate additional RevOps tooling where appropriate. Create clear process documentation, training materials, and operational checklists to drive adoption and consistency across markets.Continuous Improvement -Run structured win/loss and churn analyses, identifying opportunities to improve performance, onboarding, and customer outcomes.What We’re Looking ForRequired• 3–6 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics within a B2B SaaS or consultancy environment• Strong hands-on experience withHubSpotCRM• Advanced Excel skills and experiencebuilding Power BIdashboards• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight• FluentEnglishandSpanish• Confident communicator able to work across commercial functionsNice to Have• Experience supporting multi-country teams in Continental Europe• Exposure to usage-based SaaS metrics or product analytics tools• German language skills• Experience automating workflows or working with CRM integrationsWhat Success Looks LikeWithin your first 6–12 months, success will be measured through improvements in forecast accuracy, CRM adoption and data quality, reporting efficiency, onboarding speed for new commercial hires, and time-to-first-value for customers across key markets.What We Offer• Competitive salary and performance-based bonus• Private health insurance• 25 days annual leave• Hybrid working model• Clear progression opportunities as Hubexo continues to scale across EuropeReady to build your future?If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, working across markets, and helping commercial teams perform at their best, we would love to hear from you.
