Senior Implementation Consultant – Thomson Reuters Use your problem‑solving skills, technical interests, and client communication skills to their full potential in a role that requires a well‑organised, collaborative, and analytical person. About The Role Act as a specialist in a large, cross‑functional e‑invoicing implementation team. Understand global client requirements for ONESOURCE Pagero implementation, run product demonstrations, deliver end‑user and super‑user training, and configure the software to meet their requirements. Apply analytical, project management, and problem‑solving skills to test client software implementations. Troubleshoot issues and ensure project plans run by required timelines and within budget. Resolve customer support issues by working directly with clients and collaborating with internal teams (product, sales and support). Design, develop, and document project deliverables according to timelines and budgets. About You Interest in software implementation and configuration at global institutions. Basic coding ability with a desire to learn and develop skills in a software setting. Analytical mindset gained through academic studies or interest in coding, economics or project management. Collaborative attitude, able to work closely with colleagues at various levels of seniority and communicate sometimes complex solutions to international clients. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages a plus) and able to deliver the highest level of customer service. 5+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions with customer‑facing implementations.
