Buscamos incorporar al equipo de Digital Sales de Esri España, personas entusiastas y con capacidad de trabajar en equipo, capaces de interactuar con nuestros clientes fortaleciendo la relación comercial.


¿Qué harás?



Completar todo el proceso de venta para pequeñas empresas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre.
Seguimiento de todas las actividades derivadas de las acciones de prospección y venta en el CRM.
Manejar material de apoyo a la venta: Story Map, Webex, Campañas de producto, Campañas de Sector y a través de herramientas como redes sociales, mailings, landing page, etc.
Dinamizar campañas individualizadas y concretas en función de las necesidades detectadas.
Trabajar con cartera segmentada y definir campañas en esos clientes.
Diseñar ofertas para atraer a clientes en las fases iniciales del proceso de venta.
Conocer las características y beneficios de los productos Esri, así como, las formas de aplicación y los aspectos técnicos.
Captación de nuevos Clientes.



¿Qué buscamos?



Conocimientos básicos de los productos de la plataforma Esri.
Habilidades comerciales en la venta digital (se valorará experiencia comercial previa tanto presencial como telefónica).
Actitud proactiva: automotivación, saber superar los momentos difíciles y mantener la constancia, superar la frustración, sobre todo, ante un cliente que no se ve o conoce de forma directa.
Gestión de la propia cartera.
Capacidad de escucha y empatía.
Capacidad para coordinarse con otras áreas de la compañía.
