Interim Management MissionHR Director & Social Relation (M/W) – Interim position based in Spain with operations across southern European countries.Location: Madrid with business mobility in key cities across Spain; the mission is owned by a Barcelona-based team.Mission DetailsStart date: ASAP, expected mid‑January.Mission length: 6 months, extensible upon the situation.Express & exclusive interim management search; only really available candidates in Spain will be considered.Immediate availability required.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement the social transformation in close coordination with the Group, within Spanish labour laws and HR legal processes.Ensure HR business continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase.Deploy the new organization and align both the country and other European countries to the new business strategy.Required ProfileExpertise in Spanish social & legal relations.Proven experience in restructuring.Knowledge of B2B sectors such as specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply‑chain, fleet management, warehousing, or equivalent.Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters.Experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies.Hands‑on, execution‑driven with a strong "doer" mindset.Spanish native or fully fluent; fluent business‑level English.Agile within complex matrix organisations.Pragmatic, reliable and easy to work with.Company OverviewConfidential information disclosed under NDA to shortlisted candidates.
