In this central position, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of new and promising clients. Your job is not simply about setting up software; it’s about establishing long‑term, valuable partnerships. By focusing on a successful onboarding experience, you will help companies maximize the value they get from our tool, which in turn will drive high product adoption, minimize client turnover, and reveal new avenues for growth. You will also have the exciting responsibility of identifying and nurturing companies that could very well become the next industry ‘unicorns’. Key Responsibilities Client Success Leadership: You will lead the client success journey by overseeing the onboarding process for all new accounts. This includes the strategic design and meticulous implementation of high‑performing PPC campaigns that are built for both immediate impact and sustained, long‑term results. Proactive Engagement: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with prospective clients. Your core mission is to deeply understand their unique business needs and objectives, then present and sell tailored solutions that are the perfect fit for their growth strategy. Driving Revenue: You will be directly responsible for expanding client accounts by increasing their spending and proactively identifying strategic upselling opportunities. Your contributions will be key to unlocking significant revenue within the lucrative German market. Data Integrity: Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database with all relevant information. Your work here will ensure data integrity, which is vital for providing a solid foundation for business intelligence and strategic decision‑making. What We're Looking For Education & Experience: A bachelors degree is required, with a master's degree in Marketing or Communications considered a significant asset. You must have at least two years of experience in a sales or marketing role, with a proven track record of successful client‑facing interactions, especially in high‑stakes environments. Language Proficiency: You are a professional communicator with native‑level or C2 proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken. You can clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences. Mindset & Proactivity: You are a proactive, self‑motivated individual who is confident and determined. You thrive in a goal‑oriented environment and consistently deliver impactful results. You are capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player. Business Acumen & Market Analysis: You possess a solid understanding of business principles and can analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to inform strategic decisions. You have a strong customer‑first approach and are committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. Technical Proficiency: You are highly proficient in using CRM systems for relationship management and are skilled at integrating AI tools into your workflow to gain insights and personalize outreach. Specialized Skills For The German Market Cultural Acumen: You have a deep understanding of German business etiquette, cultural nuances, and practices, which allows you to effortlessly build trust and rapport with clients. Strategic Thinking: You have the ability to identify and target high‑growth potential companies and to navigate and manage complex stakeholder structures, including those with multiple agencies or skeptical customers. Advanced Problem‑Solving: You are equipped with sophisticated problem‑solving skills to navigate challenging contexts and have a strong grasp of the digital marketing ecosystem across German regions. Regulatory Knowledge: You are knowledgeable about local regulations, especially concerning data privacy (GDPR), and can tailor your outreach strategies to align with clients high focus on data protection.
