We are looking for a strategic partner to join our Management Team.As theHead of Go-to-Market , you will be responsible for turning Routal into a predictable growth machine. You will own the revenue engine, connecting Product, Sales, and the Market. You will have full autonomy to build and execute the strategy that takes us from our current stage to the next level of scale.This is aStrategic Lead rolewith a "builder" mindset. You will sit at the decision‑making table with the Founders but will also roll up your sleeves to launch campaigns, refine messaging, and close gaps in the funnel.What you’ll be doing (Key Missions)You will orchestrate the growth strategy, working cross‑functionally to align the entire organization around revenue.Own the GTM Strategy & ICP :You will decide who we sell to and how. You will refine our Ideal Customer Profile, define segmentation, and prioritize verticals. You will map the buying journey for our key personas (COO, Head of Ops, Logistics Managers).Architect the Narrative (Product Marketing) :You will translate complex logistics capabilities into a compelling story. You are responsible for our positioning, value propositions, and the "why us" differentiation. You will ensure the Sales team has world‑class assets (decks, battlecards, business cases).Drive Demand & Pipeline :You are responsible for the quality and quantity of the pipeline. You will design and execute the demand generation strategy (outbound motions, digital channels, partnerships, content) to fuel the Sales team with high‑intent opportunities.Build the Sales System (Enablement) :You will turn sales art into science. You will standardize our playbooks, improve objection handling (operational change, integrations), and build ROI models that help us increase our Win Rate and shorten sales cycles.Revenue Intelligence (RevOps) :You will define what "success" looks like. You will monitor the health of the funnel (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, velocity) and provide actionable insights to the Management Team to steer the ship.Requirements3+ years of experiencein B2B SaaS GTM roles (Product Marketing, Growth, Demand Gen, or Revenue Operations).Strategic & Operational Balance :You have experience defining a strategy and presenting it to C‑levels, but you are also happy getting your hands dirty setting up tools or writing copy.Proven Track Record :You can demonstrate (with numbers) how you have built pipeline, improved conversion rates, or launched new verticals in the past.Commercial Fluency :You understand consultative sales (mid‑market / enterprise). You know how to talk to Sales teams and how to support them in closing deals.Analytical Mindset :You can translate product value into operational outcomes (time saved, km reduced, SLA compliance, ROI).Languages :Native / Fluent Spanish is mandatory. Professional conversational English is required (for internal reporting and investors).Nice to haveExperience inLogistics / Last‑mile / Field Service / TMS / WMSor selling directly to Operations Directors.Experience launching partnerships or channel strategies.Exposure to Pricing & Packaging strategy.What can you expectStrategic Ownership :A seat on the Management Team and a direct impact on the company’s trajectory.Phantom Shares Plan :We want you to be a part of Routal’s success.
