Key responsibilities: Manage Product Backlog: Formulate and prioritize backlog items based on critical business objectives. Define Sprint Objectives: Establish sprint goals to guide development cycles. Review and approve work: Inspect product increments from design to release to ensure quality and completeness. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central communicator between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and approval on major decisions. Backlog Refinement: Prioritize, enhance, and finalize backlog items with the team before sprint planning. Change Requests: Gather and prioritize operational changes, including them in the backlog for future sprints. Define Acceptance Criteria: Clearly specify what each feature should achieve, confirmed with stakeholders, serving as the basis for QA testing. Gather Requirements: Collect functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they meet product expectations. Maintain and Verify Requirements: Adjust requirements as needed during the project lifecycle and confirm their fitness for purpose. Create and Manage Artifacts: Develop epics, stories, use cases, and edge cases, ensuring high-quality content. Participate in OKR Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders in quarterly planning, estimating achievement of objectives. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, System Analyst). Technical understanding in requirements lifecycle, Scrum and Agile methodologies, user experience principles, and optionally coding/design skills. Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills for conveying product goals and reporting insights. Strong analytical skills to identify issues, analyze information, and find solutions quickly. Ability to manage processes, lead productive meetings, and foster collaboration.
