Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a product‑focused company. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks. Solid understanding of sportsbook platforms, including trading tools and modular requirements. Proven track record of creating, managing, and delivering product roadmaps. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across teams. Experience with technical challenges associated with building platforms for multiple partners and markets. Ability to manage and prioritize live issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Proven success in collaborating with distributed teams to achieve product milestones. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on sportsbook platforms across multiple continents or regions. Familiarity with feed integrations and third‑party sportsbook content providers. Knowledge of customer experience best practices within the sportsbook industry. Technical understanding of platform architecture and performance optimization. Passion for sports betting and a deep understanding of the industry landscape. Ideal Candidate Demonstrated success in building and leading product development teams from inception. Expertise in identifying market trends and delivering B2B products that exceed expectations. Ability to balance customer‑centric thinking with technical and business priorities. Proactive in anticipating challenges in international markets and incorporating solutions into the product roadmap. Exceptional communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
