Job Summary: You will be part of the company's Digital Team, you will play a crucial role in steering the evolution of our diverse digital products portfolio, including our website, professional area, product configurator, other applications, and system integrations. You are tasked with ensuring that the development and delivery of product features not only meet our customers' needs but also align seamlessly with our strategic business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help to define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and prioritize features to optimize each release cycle's impact. A strong technical foundation is required as well as some experience working in a technical team and the capacity to interact at a technical level with them. You will report directly to our Product Manager Lead. Location: 3 days on-site at the office + 2 days remote Responsibilities: Strategic Product Visioning: Work in close collaboration with Business Owners and other stakeholders to align the product vision and strategy with broader organizational goals, focusing on a diverse portfolio of digital products such as websites, professional areas, product configurators, mobile applications, and system integrations. Feedback Utilization: Incorporate customer and user feedback, as provided by the Business Owner and other sources, to inform and guide product development decisions, ensuring outcomes meet customer needs and align with business objectives. Roadmap Development and Prioritization: Craft and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and projects based on input from the Business Owner, design guidelines, customer value, and technical feasibility. User Story Development: Generate detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to clearly convey product requirements to the development team, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and adherence to design recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of communication between the development team and non-technical stakeholders, including the Business Owner, to ensure product features are implemented in line with strategic objectives and design guidelines. Agile Methodology Engagement: Actively participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, facilitating efficient and on-schedule delivery of product features. Performance Measurement: Analyze product performance metrics, using data to make informed decisions and to track progress against goals, informing future enhancements and strategies. Feature Prioritization and Management: Collaborate with the Business Owner, stakeholders, and technical teams to prioritize and manage product features and enhancements, balancing strategic business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities. Continuous Improvement Advocacy: Stay informed about technological trends and agile practices to champion ongoing enhancements in product development processes and deliverables. Stakeholder Communication : Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development status, addressing challenges, and celebrating milestones. Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in in a relevant field or equivalent experience Product Management Experience: At least 2+ years in a product management role, demonstrating success in managing digital products such as websites and mobile apps. Experience in ecommerce or a similar field is preferred. Understanding of Software Development: Proficient in the principles of software crafting within an agile development environment. Expected to effectively collaborate with development teams, ensuring product development aligns with agile methodologies. Technology Awareness and Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern technology stacks and digital product environments, with the ability to assess the capabilities and limitations of different technologies to inform product decisions. Includes experience working with RESTful APIs and awareness of software development best practices and lifecycle. Agile Methodologies Familiarity: Demonstrated experience with agile project management frameworks. Ability to apply agile principles to enhance product development efficiency and outcomes. Data Analysis and Reporting Skills: Ability to work with Power BI dashboards and reports, using data insights to support prioritization, track performance, and guide strategic product decisions. Tool Proficiency: Experienced with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms, facilitating project management and team communication. UX Principles Awareness: Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices, ensuring product features align with user needs and marketing’s design guidelines. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting product metrics and using data to guide decision-making. Adaptability: Able to work in fast-paced, complex environments, effectively prioritizing tasks and projects to meet business objectives. Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of successful collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
