Your organizational skills will keep our complex projects on time and within the scope ensuring a successful project. **Once You Are Here, You Will**: Maintain ownership and accountability of the product vision and user experience throughout the entire development process. Develop roadmaps to support the vision. Support product alignment across Teams within the same ART or Portfolio. Facilitate the discovery of business and customer requirements and document in the form of epics, stories, wireframes, diagrams, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Build, organize and groom the backlog over the course of the project, ensuring maximum value is being delivered each sprint. Has content authority over the stories in the team backlog. Collaborate with Team and business to produce "ready" user stories prior to sprint planning ceremonies. Resolve problems, and stakeholder and Team questions; often serving as the single voice of the customer/business. Communicate requirements to all stakeholders. Ensure developers and testers have a common understanding on how the user story will be built, tested, and implemented. Review and accept stories as "Done" at the end of each Sprint. Collect and report metrics on priority, % complete, Ready, status, and business value. Participate in all scrum ceremonies. Facilitate team level ceremonies and events. Train the team on requirements processes and tools in use for the project. **Required Qualifications**: 5+ years' experience as an Agile Business Analyst for software projects with 2+ years' experience as Product Owner 1+ years' experience as Product Owner for more than one Team simultaneously Product Owner certification(s) Able to travel as needed for project assignments (25%-50%) Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience **Preferred**: Experience with Agile Management Tools (e.g. VersionOne, Jira, Jira Align, Rally) SAFe certification(s) **Ideal Mindset**: Listener.
