Departamento: Operaciones / Fulfillment ¿Tienes experiencia diseñando y optimizando procesos de fulfillment? ¿Te motiva crear un servicio desde cero y liderar un proyecto estratégico dentro de un entorno logístico y tecnológico? Buscamos un/a Fulfillment Manager con visión analítica, experiencia en sistemas y capacidad para mejorar procesos operativos de forma integral. Sobre el rol Este puesto es ideal para alguien que no solo ha trabajado en operativas de fulfillment, sino que además ha liderado mejoras en sistemas, optimizado flujos, implementado procesos y tiene criterio técnico para definir cómo debe funcionar una operativa eficiente y escalable. Serás responsable de: Construir el servicio de fulfillment desde cero. Mejorar el sistema interno (ERP/WMS) y definir nuevos desarrollos funcionales. Diseñar procesos, estandarizar operativas y crear KPIs. Coordinarte con Operaciones, IT y el equipo comercial para lanzar el servicio al mercado. Acompañar al equipo de ventas en reuniones con clientes aportando soporte técnico. Un rol estratégico, con alto impacto y mucha autonomía. Responsabilidades principales Diseño y mejora de procesos Optimizar eficiencia, precisión y velocidad. Diseñar y monitorear KPIs operativos. Mejora de sistemas (ERP/WMS) Evaluar el sistema actual y proponer mejoras. Definir requisitos funcionales y colaborar con IT. Establecer mejores prácticas basadas en experiencia previa. Lanzamiento del servicio de fulfillment Diseñar estándares de servicio y estructura operativa. Preparar material comercial para el equipo de ventas. Aportar visión técnica en reuniones con clientes. Trabajarás de la mano con Operaciones, Sistemas, Comercial y Administración, asegurando coherencia entre procesos, tecnología y necesidades del cliente final. Experiencia 5+ años de experiencia en fulfillment, logística e-commerce o supply chain. 2+ años en roles de gestión, diseño de procesos o mejora de sistemas. Experiencia trabajando con ERP/WMS y proponiendo mejoras funcionales. Experiencia coordinando equipos y liderando proyectos operativos. Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, ADE, Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales o áreas afines. Español fluido. Inglés B2 (capaz de participar en reuniones y documentar procesos). Tecnología Nivel intermedio de Excel y herramientas Office. Experiencia utilizando y configurando sistemas de fulfillment (ERP/WMS). #J-18808-Ljbffr
