About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veeva Development Lead to drive project delivery and/or operations in the given business sub-capability, partner with Business Stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery. Responsibilities Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures. Use extensive knowledge of CRM applications, Salesforce Platform and Veeva CRM suite to guide other developers on daily activities, acting as the main point of contact for the development team. Collaborate with the team for configuration / code review and unit testing to produce outstanding solutions. Design and implement processes to build harmonized global (core) solutions to be deployed in multiple Salesforce environments, define core application rules and best practices, and solve conflicts between core solutions vs local deployments. Configure, develop, customize, and unit test custom and out-of-the-box solutions using Salesforce platform and Veeva CRM suite based on functional and technical specifications. Take part in conference calls, stand-up meetings, time tracking and the completion of tasks assigned in Azure DevOps or Jira tools. Support knowledge
