Senior HR Business Partner

This role is based in Marbella and offers the chance to work in a fast-moving, international environment where HR has a seat at the table and real influence on business success.
You'll be the go-to HR partner for the leadership team – balancing strategic alignment with day-to-day HR delivery across a European workforce. Partnering with leadership to embed people strategy aligned to growth and performance goals
Leading on employee relations : disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and conflict resolution
Ensuring compliance across UK, Spanish and wider EU employment legislation
Overseeing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple functions
Coordinating performance management cycles and supporting L&D initiatives
Managing HR operations , including policy updates, HRIS, benefits coordination and internal communication
Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HRBP role within a scaling or international business
Strong understanding of UK and Spanish employment law (EU experience a bonus)
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Excellent knowledge of employee relations , policy, and HR frameworks
Ability to work across cultures and regions with sensitivity and commercial judgement
