Job Description: Junior Campaign Specialist - Swedish Market (Hybrid, Barcelona) We are looking for a motivated Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Swedish market. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, offering a blend of remote and on-site work. What We Offer: Permanent contract with clear career progression opportunities. Comprehensive training: 2-3 weeks of in-depth product and sales training to ensure your success in the role. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns. Meet and exceed performance targets in productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance. Effectively pitch to clients over the phone and compose compelling proposals. Manage time and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and goals. Analyze campaign performance data to offer actionable insights. Collaborate with team members and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills & Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus). 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising. Native or C2 level in Swedish with B2 level English proficiency. Strong communication skills for effective pitching and writing. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Analytical mindset and client-focused, with a passion for meeting business goals. A team player who thrives in a dynamic, constantly evolving work environment.
