Main Responsibilities Define the product vision and roadmap. Align strategy with business goals and customer needs. Track market trends and promote digital innovation. Stakeholder Management Engage stakeholders across countries and cultures. Manage expectations on scope and timelines. Lead product demos and reviews. Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize based on value and feasibility. Oversee sprints, approve deliverables, and monitor budget and scope. Lead a scrum team and work closely with other Product Owners. Facilitate refinements, planning, and retrospectives. Foster trust, ownership, and continuous improvement. Value & Reporting Measure product impact and customer satisfaction. Track key metrics and support strategic decisions. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years as a Product Owner in B2B (preferably automotive, manufacturing, or supply chain). Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably D365), enterprise architecture, and domain processes. Experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
