If youre tech-savvy, outgoing, and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment, this role might be perfect for you In this role, youll collaborate with a portfolio of new clients to help them launch and optimize their first online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, making a tangible impact on their businesses. Youll work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on customer success and campaign development. Purpose of the Role:As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will serve as a trusted consultant for customers, helping them develop Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. You will focus on understanding customer needs, increasing advertising spend, upselling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Act as a strategic consultant to onboard and manage PPC campaigns for clients Understand customer needs and objectives to tailor solutions Increase ad spend, ensure upsell opportunities, and foster campaign sustainability Handle high volumes of customer inquiries and consultations via phone Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising Strong goal orientation, with a focus on exceeding performance targets in productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive pitches and compelling proposals Strong time management and organizational skills Analytical mindset with an interest in customer interaction and business growth Team player who thrives in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment Swedish language proficiency at C2 level High proficiency in English Benefits: Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Competitive salary: 23,876 EUR gross/year + up to 3,408 EUR in bonuses Hybrid working model in Barcelona Permanent contract Relocation support (including flight ticket, accommodation, and private health insurance assistance) Referral program (up to 2,000 EUR per referral depending on the language/project) 2-4 weeks of comprehensive training in products and sales techniques Office located in the vibrant World Trade Center, surrounded by the sea Excellent work environment with supportive colleagues and opportunities for professional development This JD provides a clear overview of the role, its responsibilities, and benefits, aimed at attracting Swedish-speaking candidates interested in Google Ads and campaign management.
