Modernise legacy systems while adopting Agile best practices (Scrum, DevOps). What You’ll Do Clarify and refine business requirements with stakeholders. Architect and code .NET Core/MVC applications (frontend/backend, REST APIs, microservices). Optimize existing systems for performance, security and scalability. Create test strategies (unit, integration, UAT) and automate deployments. Troubleshoot production incidents and provide L3 support. Document processes and upgrade technical guides. Research new technologies (e.g., cloud‑native .NET, DevSecOps). Mentor peers and participate in developer communities. Stay ahead with continuous training in emerging IT trends. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent (3–5 years of experience). 3–5 years in .NET development (Framework/Core, MVC, Entity Framework). Full SDLC ownership from requirements analysis to production rollout. Agile/Scrum experience (estimation, sprints, retrospectives). Production support: incident resolution and collaboration with ops teams. Fluent English (mandatory). Fluent Spanish (mandatory). French or other European language (a plus). .NET Core/Framework, MVC, Entity Framework, REST APIs. Frontend/Backend, PowerShell scripting. Oracle PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, software architecture. Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), client‑focused innovation. Problem‑solving: creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking. Collaboration: works seamlessly with business, QA and DevOps.
