We design, develop, and maintain critical applications for local and regional markets, ensuring compliance, security, and seamless performance. From ADM to APS, we bridge business needs with cutting-edge solutions—scaling innovation while safeguarding stability.MISSIONDevelop and maintain high-impact applications that drive CIB’s European operations. You’ll:Build scalable, secure .NET solutions aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into maintainable, high-performance code.Ensure continuity through rigorous testing, documentation, and production support.Modernize legacy systems while adopting Agile best practices (Scrum, DevOps).WHAT YOU’LL DO️ Develop & Design :Clarify and refine business requirements with stakeholders.Architect and code .NET Core/MVC applications (frontend/backend, REST APIs, microservices).Optimize existing systems for performance, security, and scalability.Test & Deploy :Create test strategies (unit, integration, UAT) and automate deployments.Troubleshoot production incidents and provide L3 support.Document processes and upgrade technical guides.Innovate & Share :Research new technologies (e.g., cloud-native .NET, DevSecOps).Mentor peers and participate in developer communities (internal/external).Stay ahead with continuous training in emerging IT trends.WHAT YOU’LL BRINGBachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science (3‑5 years experience).Proven .NET development expertise (Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework).Experience across the full development lifecycle and Agile (Scrum) environments.Fluent English (mandatory); French or another European language is a plus.Strong problem‑solving, client‑orientation and creative thinking skills.OUR PERKSStructured training programs, clear career paths and internal mobility (national & international).Active Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Committee — see Diversity, equality and inclusion | BNP Paribas .Corporate volunteering (1 Million Hours 2 Help) to support communities.Flexible compensation and hybrid work model (50 % remote).32 vacation days per year.ABOUT BNP PARIBASWe are BNP Paribas, a European banking leader present in 64 countries with over 178 000 professionals.
