Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Project Manager with a high level of English to join our team in Madrid. You will manage the projects of a global client, handling multiple projects concurrently. Working on campaigns from start to finish, you will support across administrative tasks, client communication, quality assurance, and ensuring creative excellence. You will be responsible for managing timelines, scope of work, and project logistics.We are looking for a person with around 2–3 years’ experience in advertising agencies/studios, with project management capabilities and good knowledge of the production processes. The selected candidate must be a highly organized person and be accustomed to working towards established goals.FunctionsPartner with the Business Leadership to develop client relationships and assist with client management and communications, including meeting, scheduling and sharing follow-ups.Coordinate with the production and creative teams to ensure quality and scheduled delivery of materials.Producing (and following) accurate timing plans, which should be agreed with all parties.Managing briefs and communicating client requests and project changes quickly and clearly.Coordinating different stakeholders from client and agency teams to ensure project success and to facilitate asset delivery.Requirements2–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, managing campaigns (digital, broadcast, print).Good knowledge of digital production areas.Proactive with a “can do” attitude and solution focused.Well organized and efficient, with a demonstrated attention to detail.Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at once.Significant experience of MS Office especially PowerPoint.An enthusiastic team player.Strong written and verbal communication.C1 Level English (comfortable to manage daily communication via email and phone).What We OfferIndefinite contract.Hybrid model.Flexible schedule.Training plans in our extensive training platform.23 working days of vacation, plus 2 long weekends of your choice, plus 3 days at Easter, plus 3 days at Christmas.The day of your birthday offParticipation in high-impact projects with industry-leading clients.About UsTo achieve success in the world of global adaptation and production, you need more than just clear processes and smart technology, you need true craftsmen and women—people who care deeply about their clients’ brands and who work tirelessly to drive maximum cost savings for a client while ensuring that each brand’s story remains impactful as it travels around the world.Craft currently employs over 1000 full-time employees, operating in 120 countries with hubs in 17 strategic locations specializing in broadcast/video production, print production, digital production, and global translation.While we are wholly owned by McCann World Group, we have been purposely established as a truly independent company within the Interpublic Group of Companies.McCann Worldgroup is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
