Must Have: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Test Manager specializing in Salesforce CRM implementations Proven leadership managing end-to-end testing teams (functional, regression, integration, UAT) Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture , customization options, and release cycles Mastery of testing methodologies including test strategy design, defect lifecycle management, and quality metrics Agile/Scrum proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking Fluent English (written and spoken) for cross-functional stakeholder communication Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system integrations and data flows Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Certified Testing Specialist ) Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud Knowledge of test automation frameworks (e. g. , Provar, Selenium) Background in insurance or financial services (aligned with client domain) Spanish proficiency (valuable for local stakeholder collaboration) ? Lead end-to-end testing strategies for Salesforce implementations, from requirement analysis to production deployment Manage cross-functional testing teams , defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation for complex projects Design and execute tailored test cases for Salesforce customizations, integrations, and data migrations Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, translating technical outcomes into business impact Drive defect resolution through rigorous tracking, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with developers Monitor quality KPIs (defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time) and report risks to senior leadership Ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, SOX) and internal security protocols Optimize testing processes by leveraging Salesforce updates and modern tools (e. g. , Copado, Prodly) Mentor junior QA engineers on Salesforce-specific best practices and testing frameworks ?
