Job Responsibilities:1. As the general person in charge of overseas information needs, coordinate the collection, communication and management of local information needs and provide corresponding solutions.2. Benchmark local business digitalization plans and plan local companies’ annual digitalization plans3. Responsible for formulating the annual local company information budget4. Responsible for promoting internal and external resources to deliver information systems to subsidiaries5. Coordinate the IT internal resource pool, promote the delivery of projects with quality and quantity, promote the overall application of the business, and continuously improve and optimize6. Coordinate basic networks and promote the construction of global basic networks7. Responsible for the daily information equipment management of overseas companies8. Responsible for overseas company software, equipment, project implementation procurement and business-related workJob Requirements:1. Have more than 5 years of information-related experience, and can communicate in English or Chinese in addition to local language2. Strong communication and project management skills and driving force, those with PMP certificate are preferred3. Familiar with enterprise information system OA, finance, HR, SAP, DMS, CRM and other systems4. Familiar with basic IT operation and maintenance, network, information security and other abilities5. Priority will be given to those with working experience in car sales
