Our client, an e-commerce company, is looking for a Logistics Project Manager to maximize the quality and efficiency of their campaigns, working alongside logistics, operations, and sales teams. You will help strengthen their partnerships with B2B clients in the French market.

Tasks
  1. Take ownership and responsibility for any activity or project that impacts on operational results of the French market
  2. Assure operations efficiency, by overseeing logistics, coordinating with handling & delivery partners, and optimizing operational processes
  3. Execute impactful Market Research and Social Media campaigns for brands, and analyze results to enhance brand partnerships
  4. Develop and refine social media strategies to increase reach and engagement
  5. Coach, educate, and inspire a small team (3) to perform at their best
  6. Use data to provide actionable feedback to improve campaigns and customer satisfaction
  7. Work closely with sales teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers and partners
  8. Prepare and implement country-specific operational plans, manage operational costs, and track KPIs
Requirements
  1. Native or full professional level of French
  2. Professional level of English
  3. 2+ years of experience managing operations and projects. Logistics knowledge will be highly valued
  4. Experience managing a small team is preferred, but not required
  5. Has an interest in social media/market research campaigns
  6. Strong Excel skills and an analytical mind, able to leverage data in order to draw strategic insights
  7. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and manage under tight deadlines
  8. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  9. Proactive with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  10. Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  11. You are geared towards the experience of the customer
