Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple logistics projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of project objectives.
Collaborate with business unit management and staff to analyze feasibility of projects and critical success criteria.
Engage key stakeholders, define and coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, build commitment, and lead technology implementation.
Ensure solutions comply with Ecolab commercial rules and local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor performance metrics and measurements related to individuals, teams, processes, and projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain (Warehousing & Transportation).
Minimum seven to ten years' experience in progressively responsible project manager roles, consultancy, or similar roles in warehousing & transportation logistics or supply chain management.
Experience implementing Transport and/or Warehouse Management Systems.
Good business acumen, proven project management skills combined with solid KPI monitoring and project governance (multiple projects simultaneously).
Target driven and pragmatic: Experience of Lean processes and TPM/continuous improvement.
