No previous experience is required.ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in DutchProvide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely mannerEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionDocument customer interactions according to internal proceduresCollaborate with internal teams when neededRequirementsDutch C2 level (mandatory)Good level of EnglishStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetAvailability to work in rotational shiftsContract & CompensationContract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 monthsBase Salary: 1,100 € per year (paid over 14 months)Performance Bonus: 135 € per year (14 months)Complexity Bonus: 120 € per year (11 months)Relocation SupportRelocation support is available.
