Drive climate protection and actively shape the energy transition. Reduce 1% of the world’s greenhouse gases by 2050. Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in hydrogen and power‑to‑X markets. Leverage your existing network of contacts and customers to generate leads and opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and solution design to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, EPCs, developers, and industrial customers. Collaborate with technical and product management teams to ensure proposals are feasible, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements. Contribute to regional sales strategy, pipeline development, and forecasting. Hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Have several years of B2B sales experience with industrial knowledge in hydrogen, renewable energy, industrial gases, or related sectors. Bring an existing network in the hydrogen industry (developers, off‑takers, EPCs, utilities, or industrial customers). Be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); Flexible work arrangements for a good work‑life balance.
