Your Tasks As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing international projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on‑time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering and other technical support functions, to develop project‑specific technical modifications and optimize safety, performance, and operational costs of wind turbine components and installation tools Represent the Nordex organisation and Nordex values in front of our clients and other stakeholders outside the Group You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience from running and closed projects and use this knowledge to continuously improve processes and products To be successful in this role, you should have a technical background with a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in engineering, technology, physics, or equivalent education You should also have project management experience, preferably in the wind energy sector, and be a self‑responsible, structured, and solution‑oriented worker Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be negotiating with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and presenting information to groups of managers and customers At Nordex, we value diversity, intercultural understanding, and teamwork We offer a challenging and rewarding work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development Your Profile Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree and a strong technical interest Project management experience (preferably in the wind energy sector) For a Junior TPM an entry level up to 2 years relevant work experience Experience in disciplinary or functional leadership is a preference Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
