We are constantly moving forward and looking out for a Project Manager to support our growth in the solar industry.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of supply projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and commercial feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for the proper execution of the project.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, third parties/vendors and internal teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project documentation and handover certification.
- Producing progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for internal and external stakeholders
- Requesting and selecting proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiations

**Location**: Madrid or Pamplona; with availability to travel.

**Profile**:

- Good educational background, preferably in the fields of science, management or engineering (electrical degree preferred)
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the renewable sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of work.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English mandatory, Portuguese and Chinese are also a plus).
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
