At Kantox we are looking for a Commercial Operations Intern who will focus on driving current internal processes that aim to increase sales and channel partner effectiveness. You will actively contribute to leading the business towards continued growth and organisational development. In your day to day you will interact with several stakeholders across the Commercial Team.

About the team

Reporting to the QA Commercial Operations Team Manager, you will be part of a team of 8 whose mission is to help accelerate growth in the Commercial team (Marketing, Sales and Customer Success).

Your mission within Kantox

  • Assist in daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data maintenance, and security management.
  • Support the Salesforce team in configuring and maintaining advanced flows, validation rules, email templates and other process automation.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Assist in data migration, report generation, and dashboard creation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues for end users.
  • Participate in Salesforce projects, contributing to enhancements and system optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Who you are

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred but not must have: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Platform Knowledge: Understanding of the Salesforce platform, including standard objects, data modeling, user management, and security.
  • Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to learning and improving.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
  • Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning is a plus, but not mandatory.
