At Kantox we are looking for a Commercial Operations Intern who will focus on driving current internal processes that aim increasing sales and channel partner effectiveness. You will actively contribute to leading the business towards continued growth and organisational development. In your day to day you will interact with several stakeholders across the Commercial Team.

**About the team**

Reporting to the QA Commercial Operations Team Manager, you will be part of a team of 8 whose mission is to help accelerate growth in the Commercial team (Marketing, Sales and Customer Success)

**Your mission within Kantox**
- Assist in daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data maintenance, and security management.
- Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Assist in data migration, report generation, and dashboard creation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues for end users.
- Participate in Salesforce projects, contributing to enhancements and system optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.

**Who you are**
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is preferred.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities (standard objects, data model, user management,Salesforce security etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and improve.
- Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning (nice to have but not required).
