About the Role We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen market presence in Spain. In this role, you will : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Build and expand client relationships, identifying new opportunities for products and solutions. Partner with R&D and production teams to support product innovation and resolve technical and commercial challenges. Prepare documentation for bids and tenders, ensuring competitive proposals. Analyze market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Relevant experience and contacts in power AMI, distribution products, water meters, gas meters, or communication modules. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. Strong results orientation and proven ability to deliver on sales targets. Willingness to travel frequently for international business.
