With customers across Globally, we combine science, design, and sensuality to create next-generation wellness experiences.The RoleWe’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of Svibe’s creator and affiliate strategy — driving measurable growth through paid collaborations and long-term partnerships.You’ll manage influencer campaigns from strategy to execution, recruit and negotiate with creators, and scale Svibe’s affiliate network — primarily focused on the US market. If you’re analytical, creative, and passionate about turning influencer storytelling into performance-driven growth, this role is for you.What You’ll DoOwn the influencer and affiliate channel as a growth functionDesign and execute paid influencer strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTubeRecruit, evaluate, and onboard creators aligned with Svibe’s brand and conversion goalsNegotiate paid, hybrid, and performance-based creator agreementsOwn budget allocation, CPA, ROAS, and revenue contribution from influencersScale and optimise Svibe’s affiliate program with a performance-first mindsetBuild repeat creator partnerships and long-term ambassador relationshipsCollaborate with brand and content teams on strategic launches and PR-led activationsAnalyse performance, document learnings, and continuously improve channel efficiencyStay ahead of US creator trends, platform changes, and influencer toolingWhat We’re Looking For4–6+ years of influencer marketing experience (brand or agency)Proven ownership of an influencer channel , not just campaign executionStrong experience withpaid influencer campaigns and affiliate modelsDeep understanding of performance metrics : CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTVConfident negotiator, comfortable managing creators independentlyExcellent English communication and copy skills (US-facing)Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environmentsNice to havesBackground in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or sexual wellnessExperience with Shopify-based ecosystems and affiliate toolsExisting network of US-based creators or agenciesComfort working in regulated or restricted ad categoriesWhat we offer€3,500 gross / month base salaryPerformance-based bonus tied to channel resultsInternational brand with real ownership and decision-making powerDesign-led, ambitious, and collaborative in-office culture in ValenciaClear growth path as the channel scales#J-18808-Ljbffr
