As a Technical Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. Your technical expertise and communication skills will help you guide clients through troubleshooting processes, ensuring they receive quick and effective solutions. If you are a tech enthusiast with a flair for helping others and want to experience life in beautiful southern Spain, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities Provide technical support to Finnish -speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. Guide customers through detailed technical processes and solutions. Document all customer interactions and solutions in our support system. Collaborate with other departments to elevate and resolve complex issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer informed support. Contribute to improving our support processes and customer satisfaction. Fluency in Finnish and good command of English; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in technical support or IT roles is highly desirable. Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for technology. Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. Familiarity with helpdesk software and support tools is an advantage. Willingness to relocate to Malaga, Spain and embrace a new culture.
