$CHZ is the native digital token for the Chiliz sports & entertainment ecosystem currently powering Socios.com and the Chiliz Chain blockchain.
Socios.com is a fan engagement and rewards app that allows fans to engage with their favourite teams and clubs through digital assets known as Fan Tokens.
THE ROLE
As a KOL Specialist at Chiliz, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing Web3 KOLs while creating and overseeing campaigns that span across our portfolio of companies. This role demands a strong familiarity with the Web3 industry, paired with expertise in content strategy and execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Development, Management and Execution: Develop, implement, and monitor KOL campaigns that align with our brand objectives in the Web3 space. Ensure campaigns are innovative, engaging, and deliver measurable results. Handle administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, submitting invoices to the Finance team, and ensuring efficient processing.
Content Coordination: Collaborate closely with the KOLs to manage content schedules, ensuring that all content is on-brand and resonates with our audience. This involves creating detailed content calendars and briefs to guide the process.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with KOLs and content creators in the Web3 space. Proactively seek out new partnership opportunities to enhance the visibility and reach of our brands.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and evaluate the performance of campaigns using relevant KPIs. Regularly provide insights and recommendations to improve and optimize future efforts.
Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive brand presence. Coordinate across departments to align marketing strategies.
Industry Insight & Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in the Web3 and KOL marketing space, using this knowledge to continuously refine campaign strategies and inform content creation.

REQUIREMENTS

+1 year of experience in influencer marketing or KOL management within Web3, blockchain, or crypto industries.
In-depth understanding of the Web3 landscape, including cryptocurrency ecosystem, blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and other emerging trends in the space.
Familiarity with key social media platforms and content trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Established network of KOLs within the cryptocurrency space is a plus.
