Senior Brand Manager, BarcelonaWe are seeking a Senior Brand Manager in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brand(s) strategy to maximize short- and long-term sales and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Develop, lead, and execute marketing plans, including media strategy, for assigned brand(s) and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.Design and deliver distinctive communications throughout our consumer funnel to drive brand growth.Initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long-term brand growth.Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Trade teams to identify trade needs/opportunities, developing loyalty strategies and consumer promotions for assigned brands.Lead product development plans from ideation through concept testing and product development in collaboration with the innovation project manager.Effectively work with and influence key stakeholders, including Finance, Sales, Trade, and supply teams.Full P&L accountability for the Spanish market (pain) in the Pharmacy channel.Qualifications:6-8 years of experience in the OTC/pharmaceutical industry or FMCG.Preferably experienced in working with OTC products and understanding the complex and changing regulatory environments (nice to have).Outstanding marketing skills and brand-building expertise.Demonstrated agility in managing a brand amidst competitive and complex environments.Strong leadership qualities in impacting, contributing to, and challenging business strategy.Insightful grasp of consumer behavior and market trends.Excellent communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships and managing stakeholders with ease.Team player and collaborator, working effectively with several departments and countries.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Entrepreneurial mindset, agile in spotting strategic and tactical opportunities, and implementing with speed.Can-do attitude with the ability to meet deadlines, remain organized, adaptable, and autonomous while prioritizing multiple tasks.Languages Required: High level of English and native Spanish.Company Benefits:Multinational Pharmaceutical Company based in Barcelona.2 days of home office.Flexible shift.Excellent working environment.15% bonus.Social benefits (health insurance, restaurant tickets, etc.).Career and development plan.National and international projects with visibility and growth opportunities.
