The Partner Manager (PM) is the primary owner of the relationship with the Partners (In-Country Partners) across multiple countries within a specified geography. The role for the Partner Manager provides dedicated operational support of all matters pertaining to the delivery of Partner services. They are the single point of contact for operational performance and execution, and responsible for timely and effective resolution of day to day service related case management issues.This role is a critical aspect of the global supply chain management with Partners. The team member will be the primary support for both, internal team members as well as the local partners. The PM Specialist is an integral aspect of Celergo/ADP's ability to provide efficient, accurate, and cost-effective global payroll solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships fostering effective and efficient cooperation in support of service delivery.Act as single point of contact with the designated senior contacts of the defined set of PartnersEnsure that Partner complies with their contractual operational responsibilities within agreed timelinesManage the operational day to day relationship for a defined set of Partners. Assist and manage Partner escalation requests.Response to and resolve issues/tickets from internal team membersTo monitor and measure the Partner performance through the execution of regular Service reviews with PartnersBusiness allocation of new clients to set of designated partnersSupporting other functions as the key contact person for a designated set of partnersOther duties includesSupport in the preparation and execution of yearly Regional WorkshopsTo act as back-up and support for other team members when necessaryProvide operational support to designated Executive Relations Managers as and when requiredEscalate immediately any actual or potential non complianceEducation & Experience2-3 years of knowledge of Payroll and HR domain preferredBachelor's degreeProficient in MS Office Suite, particularly with Excel spreadsheets containing high volumes of data.SkillsStrong written and oral communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivityStrong analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detailExceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure in deadline driven environmentExperience in working across multiple culturesLanguage skills and/or International experience preferredAbility to work flexible hours as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
