In 2024, the Group generated revenues of CHF 1.25 billion.Recruiter We are seeking a new member to support the strategy and manage the processes of Talent Acquisition in alignment with the strategy and guidelines of the Hero Group. Additionally, contributing to the efficiency and optimization of talent operations, ensuring streamlined processes and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational goals.Responsibilities Recruitment Process Management: analysis and definition of job profiles in collaboration with area managers; posting job openings on portals, social networks, and other recruitment platforms; screening résumés and conducting initial interviews; coordinating and conducting technical and final interviews with team leaders.Talent Attraction: developing and executing active and passive recruitment strategies; utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and professional networks to identify candidates.Evaluation and Selection: administering technical and psychometric tests as needed; preparing candidate reports to support decision-making.Employer Branding: promoting the employer brand through events, fairs, and digital platforms; collaborating on content creation to attract talent.Process Optimization: identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and talent sources; implementing and managing key recruitment metrics (KPIs).Onboarding: supporting the onboarding process to ensure a successful transition.Qualifications Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in specific sectors such as IT, industrial, retail, etc.English proficiency at B2/C1 level.Advanced proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals).Knowledge of competency‑based interview techniques; familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis tools.Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple processes simultaneously.Strong results orientation and commitment to service quality.Workplace Murcia, SpainBenefits Hybrid workFlexible schedule and early finish on Fridays, also during summer monthsAttractive compensation & benefits packagePhysiotherapistContinuous learning and developmentOngoing feedbackCollaborative and challenging multinational environmentStrong valuesMatrix organizationOpen and transparent cultureGreat work environmentAmazing peopleApply Do you want to be part of the team?
