This is a highly visible role with national responsibility, combining sales execution, therapy development, clinical education, and market access activity to establish the therapy as a standard of care.This position is ideally suited to a commercially strong MedTech professional with experience in implantable or high-tech medical devices who is comfortable operating autonomously in a market‑building role.Position OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the therapy across Spain and Portugal. Acting as the local market lead, you will drive sales performance while building therapy awareness, supporting physician training, and working closely with hospitals and stakeholders to enable access and adoption.You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Iberian market, collaborating closely with European and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution and long‑term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Commercial LeadershipDevelop and execute the Iberian commercial strategy aligned with regional objectives.Drive sales performance through territory planning,
