We’re a profitable early-stage company with clients like TravelPerk, OLX, Accenture, Inditex, and FreeNow , and we’re now expanding our engineering team to build the next generation of the Workfully platform.The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who’s passionate about product, user experience, and applied AI.You’ll work end-to-end across the stack — from concept and design discussions to production-ready delivery — building features that make our platform smarter and more intuitive. You’ll collaborate with product and design early in the process, experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and semantic search, and help us bring real AI value into recruiting.What You’ll DoDeliver features end-to-end across frontend and backendCollaborate with product and design during discovery and planningIntegrate AI components (LLMs, embeddings, semantic search) where they add valueContribute to architectural discussions and ensure technical scalabilityMaintain high standards of code quality, performance, and testingOur StackWe work with a modern TypeScript-based stack :Frontend : React, Next.js, TailwindCSSBackend : NestJS, Sequelize, MariaDB / PostgreSQLInfrastructure : AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch), Docker, Auth0Testing & CI / CD : Jest, Testing Library, GitHub ActionsPrinciples : SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, Clean / Hexagonal ArchitectureWho You AreYou thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building real productsYou’re curious about applied AI and eager to use it beyond experimentsYou’re pragmatic about trade-offs and focused on impactYou value clean, maintainable code and collaborative teamworkWhy WorkfullyWe’re a small, product-driven team building technology that changes how recruiting works.
