The Role We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who’s passionate about product, user experience, and applied AI . You’ll work end-to-end across the stack — from concept and design discussions to production-ready delivery — building features that make our platform smarter and more intuitive. You’ll collaborate with product and design early in the process, experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and semantic search , and help us bring real AI value into recruiting. What You’ll Do Deliver features end-to-end across frontend and backend Collaborate with product and design during discovery and planning Integrate AI components (LLMs, embeddings, semantic search) where they add value Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure technical scalability Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and testing Our Stack We work with a modern TypeScript-based stack: Frontend: React, Next.js, TailwindCSS Backend: NestJS, Sequelize, MariaDB / PostgreSQL Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch), Docker, Auth0 Testing & CI/CD: Jest, Testing Library, GitHub Actions Principles: SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, Clean / Hexagonal Architecture Who You Are You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building real products You’re curious about applied AI and eager to use it beyond experiments You’re pragmatic about trade-offs and focused on impact You value clean, maintainable code and collaborative teamwork Why Workfully We’re a small, product-driven team building technology that changes how recruiting works.
