As an Accounting Specialist Spain, you support the daily accounting operations of Atlante Iberia, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner and working closely with the local Finance team and HQ, you contribute to accounting processes, statutory reporting, and financial compliance in a dynamic and international environment. You create value by ensuring that all accounting transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with Atlante’s standards, local regulations, and IFRS principles. Manage general accounting and statutory books activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany reconciliations, and fixed assets. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows) in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS. Coordinate with Atlante HQ Finance and external advisors to ensure timely and compliant financial reporting. Support tax-related activities and assist with general fiscal matters in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate use of accounting systems (SAP) and contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and tools. At least 4 years of proven experience in accounting. Solid knowledge of general accounting and statutory activities. Experience working with SAP is mandatory. Excellent knowledge of Excel. Fluent English (spoken and written) required; Italian is considered a plus. Area of responsibility: Accounting. Head of Accounting, Local Finance Team, HQ Finance.
