For more information and to register please click here.RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons across the full Year 4 curriculum in line with the English National Curriculum.Create a positive inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports academic progress and personal growth.Assess, record and report on pupil progress providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.Foster strong relationships and positive behaviour promoting respect, cooperation and a growth mindset.Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan units of work, share best practice and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.Communicate effectively with parents and carers ensuring they are well informed and involved in their child’s development.Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events and wider community engagement.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS or equivalent).Experience teaching within the primary phase, ideally with Year 4 or Key Stage 2 classes.Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum and effective pedagogy for KS2 learners.Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire pupils.Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.A creative, reflective and student‑centred approach to teaching and learning.A commitment to contributing positively to the wider school community.SAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
