Our team of experts is creative, highly professional, and accountable – all with the single goal of supercharging clients' brands and helping them acquire and retain customers.Role DescriptionDay‑to‑day execution of assigned parts or smaller projects related to content (creation, localisation)Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets and filesFill out time management tools correctly and on timeCreating and proposing process improvementsCommunicating processes to other team members and the clientDelegating tasks effectively to freelancersMaintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, following up when feedback is delayedIdentifying task‑related problems and proposing solutionsCreating a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing environmentConstant learning and skills improvementRequirementsMin. 3 years of experience in coordination and execution of projectsExperience in working with content (creation, localisation)Experience working with German‑speaking clients for at least 3 yearsPro‑client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills, ability to handle/solve difficult situationsAbility to navigate complex projects and processes together with extensive reportingAdvanced level of English and German – at least C1Independence and proactive approachPositive attitude and problem‑solving mindsetAccuracy and attention to detailWhat We OfferCooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation26 paid days off from service provision plus
