Your mission is to lead the design department (Systems‑Level UI/UX) and cooperate with your product, engineering, art and production peers to define long‑term game goals, draft a strategy and follow up the execution. Product Strategy: cooperate to define the game’s vision, strategy and roadmap Game Execution: raise standards by leading by example Management: unify and lead the design department (UI/UX, Level Design, Game Design). 7 years of experience in Product / Design positions. ~ Proven track record of managing a design or product team that delivered business results in a sustained way. ~ Hybrid working model: come to our Barcelona office at least 2 days per week.
