Director of Quality Management

Job Purpose: Define, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Assurance and Quality Control framework across all ENEVO Group companies and projects. Ensure consistent standards, regulatory compliance, and a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across multiple business units, locations, and international operations. Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership while maintaining strong operational oversight of quality systems. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Governance • Define and lead the Group-wide QA/QC strategy aligned with ENEVO's business and operational objectives. • Develop, implement, and maintain Group quality policies, standards, procedures, and manuals. • Ensure harmonization of QA/QC practices across all business and projects. Quality Management Systems • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve integrated Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the Group. • Lead ISO certification processes (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and industry-specific standards). • Drive document control, audit readiness, and system integrity across all locations. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with national and international regulations, customer specifications, and contractual quality requirements. • Identify quality risks and lead preventative and corrective action programs. • Oversee non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Operational QA/QC Oversight • Define and implement inspection, testing, and validation protocols across all operations. • Oversee quality performance for suppliers, subcontractors, and partners. • Establish supplier qualification, evaluation, and development programs. Audits & Reporting • Lead internal and external audits across Group entities. • Define quality KPIs and dashboards; report performance trends and risk areas to executive management. • Ensure readiness for customer, regulatory, and certification audits. Requirements: • University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Sciences, or related field. • 10+ years of senior-level experience in QA/QC leadership roles within industrial, engineering, construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors. • Proven experience leading multi-site or multi-country quality functions. • Strong experience with ISO standards and certification processes. • Demonstrated experience with audits, compliance management, and regulatory environments.
