Wall Street English is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Barcelona, Spain.Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will be a strategic and data-driven CRM Marketing Manager responsible for leading the development and execution of customer relationship management strategies.In this role, you will drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalized, multi‑channel marketing initiatives, including email, SMS, push notifications, and messaging platforms across a diverse range of markets in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. You will work closely with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams to design, implement, and optimise lifecycle marketing programmes that resonate with our customers at every stage of their journey.What You Will Be Doing Drive CRM and Lifecycle Strategies Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy that drives customer conversion, retention, and revenue growth.Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and messaging, to effectively nurture, convert, upsell, and retain customers.Coach and Empower Teams Coach and nurture local territory general management and marketing teams in the adoption of CRM marketing to drive commercial results (LTV/CAC).Your focus will be on our corporate markets in Italy, Hong Kong, Korea and Germany. The strategies and methods you prove out will also be shared with our franchise network to instil new practices in these territories.Leverage Data to Personalise Experiences Utilise customer data and insights to create personalised marketing experiences that resonate with target segments and enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and referrals.Collaborate with analytics, product and technology teams to build and refine customer segmentation models, ensuring accurate targeting and relevancy in all communications.Optimise CRM Platforms and Automate Workflows Ensure data quality, integrity and accuracy within the CRM, aligning with data retention and compliance policies in different territories.Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).Work with the CRM platform team to optimise the CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing and data systems.Build and manage automated workflows to streamline marketing, sales and onboarding processes.Develop and optimise workflow automation rules to streamline sequencing processes and improve performance.Analyse, Test and Improve Campaigns Monitor and analyse the performance of lifecycle marketing programmes, using data‑driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer outcomes.Lead A/B testing and experimentation to identify best practices and innovative approaches to customer engagement and retention.Partner with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and content that aligns with brand values and resonates with different customer segments.Report on key performance metrics to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.Your Profile 5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.Demonstrated success in customer lifecycle management.Strong expertise in customer segmentation, targeting and personalisation strategies.Hands‑on experience with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.Proficient in data analysis, translating complex datasets into actionable insights; experience with Power BI is a plus.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership across international and local markets.Experience working in an international business with exposure to effective CRM practices, ideally in Asian markets.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in email marketing and customer communications.Familiarity with UX/UI principles to optimise email templates and campaigns for maximum impact.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.Nice to Have Experience in e‑commerce, retail or subscription‑based industries.MBA or other advanced degree.Hybrid Work Schedule 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.
