Head of Product - AI x EdTech (French fluent)Paradox EN is seeking a visionary Head of Product to design and build the Operating System for Human Greatness, blending neuroscience, behavioral science, AI, and design.OverviewIn this full‑time role you’ll lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Paradox OS across Dubai, Paris, Lisbon, or remote globally. You’ll translate our founder’s vision into tangible products that reshape learning and personal growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop product strategy and roadmap that connects business goals, user outcomes, and technological innovation.Drive product cycles that incorporate protocols, pods, loops, and personalization powered by AI.Own user research, behavioral insights, and data analysis to validate hypotheses and measure impact.Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, coaches and filmmakers to create cinematic, science‑backed user experiences.Leverage Lean Startup methodology, MVPs, experiments, and success metrics to iterate fast and deliver measurable results.Oversee budgeting, reporting, and AI learning innovation, ensuring ROI and cost effectiveness.Co‑create and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and communication plans for stakeholders.Represent the product in funding pitches and cross‑functional meetings.Qualifications3–6 years as a Product Manager / Owner in EdTech, SaaS, or Consumer Tech; plus experience in AI‑driven products is a bonus.Proven record of shipping at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.Comfortable with Figma, rapid prototyping, and data‑driven decision making.Craft‑obsessed, outcome focused, biased toward execution.User‑ and impact‑obsessed with a deep understanding of psychology and design science.Analytical, system thinker able to turn vague problems into clear hypotheses, metrics, and roadmaps.Digital and AI savvy; able to build or learn AI agents.Cross‑disciplinary curiosity; fluent in both tech and human language.Native French; fluent English (written and spoken).Benefits & CultureCompetitive salary plus performance bonuses.Flexible working hours, fully remote or office in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon.Autonomy & accountability based culture.Annual wellness stipend (€350 for gym or personal activity, €150 for books/education).1:1 coaching and personal development support.Remote‑first, 100 % digital tech stack (Mac, modern tools).Opportunities to work with designers, psychologists, engineers and filmmakers at a cross‑functional team.Contribute to the Paradox Foundation, a non‑profit that empowers teenagers.How to ApplyComplete the application survey and short video assignment, then go through video interviews with HR, VP of Engineering, culture‑fit, CEO, reference check, and welcome onboard.Equal Opportunity StatementParadox EN is an equal opportunity employer.
