About OtovoOtovo’s mission is to make residential energy systems simple, reliable, and accessible across Europe. We operate across multiple European markets, delivering solar PV, energy storage, EV charging, and related services through a combination of in-house teams and trusted partners.The RoleWe are looking for a Field Service Manager to own and continuously improve Otovo’s field service operations across Europe. You will be responsible for technician performance, service quality, and execution consistency, bridging strategy with day-to-day field operations across multiple markets.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day execution and follow-up of field service operations across EuropeEnsure service jobs meet Otovo’s quality standards, timelines, and SOPsMonitor technician and partner performance using KPIs, providing feedback and coachingSupport onboarding and performance management of technicians and service partnersCoordinate closely with planning, logistics, and customer operations teamsHandle escalated service cases and drive root-cause analysisIdentify recurring challenges and contribute to process and tooling improvementsSupport standardisation and scaling of service operations across marketsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience managing or coordinating field service operations in a technical environmentStrong operational mindset with a focus on execution qualityExperience working across multiple countries or regionsComfortable working with KPIs and operational dataFluent in English (any other European language will be considered a plus)Availability for occasional travel within EuropePreferredExperience in solar, energy, EV charging, or related technical servicesExperience working with subcontractors or partner-based service modelsFamiliarity with field service tools or CRM systemsWhat We OfferA newly created, high-impact role with real ownershipA company with a clear purpose and positive climate impactCompetitive salary: €30,000–€45,000 gross per year, depending on experienceFlexible working hours and hybrid work modelUp to 4 weeks per year of fully remote workPrivate health insurance or pension planInternational, collaborative team with a Scandinavian-inspired cultureStrong opportunities for growth and development#J-18808-Ljbffr
